Hi, I’m Ed! I’ve always been passionate about finding dynamic and exciting ways to stay fit and healthy—whether it’s hiking, climbing, Metcon, CrossFit, military-style bootcamps, or martial arts. I decided to move into fitness full-time to bring a fresh and unique experience to how people work out. Together, we’ll create a goal-oriented, personalised plan to achieve your health and wellbeing objectives, all while keeping it fun, fresh, and challenging.
