Hi! I'm Ben and have been in the fitness industry since 2009, delivering group fitness sessions, personal training, as well as assessing and running training courses for new personal trainers. I found a love for fitness after going on my own journey. At 20 years old, I never exercised and I weighed over 22 stone. Through commitment, self discipline and dedication, I lost 8 stone over the following few years. I have a passion for helping people go on their own journey - whether that is for weight loss, for improving mental health or to help prepare for a life event. I am a strong believer that there is no 'one size fits all'. I want to help you find the right fit for you.
