Hi, I'm Ellie! I'm a person trainer at MK1 Gym. My passion for fitness began back in 2020, and by 2021 I knew I wanted to turn it into a career. Since then, I've earned my Level 2 Fitness Instructor qualification and Level 3 Person Training certification. I am also currently training to be qualified in pre an post natal training.
I specialise in women’s-only personal training, offering both one-to-one sessions and small group sessions with friends. My mission is to help women feel confident in the gym, build strength inside and out and develop a healthy, balanced relationship with food. No restrictive dieting, no cutting out the foods you love!
