Hi I’m Ellie, if you didn’t know I’m a personal trainer and class instructor at MK1 Gym. My love for fitness started in 2020. I realised in 2021 that I wanted to work in the fitness industry. This has led me to getting my level 2 fitness instructor and my level 3 personal training qualifications. I am a women’s only personal trainer. I have sessions with clients on their own or with friends. My aim is to help women gain confidence in the gym and create a healthy relationship with food, we don’t cut any foods out here.
