Alongside my personal training, I’m also qualified in Reformer and Mat Pilates, with specialist knowledge in pre and post natal exercise. Having prepared for Hybrid competitions myself, I understand first-hand the dedication, structure, and mindset needed to work towards big goals, and I pass that experience on to my clients.
